The court of law also commits a big crime mistakenly!
A man who served 31 years in jail for a crime that he didn’t commit; is petitioning the state to compensate 1 million dollars for the years of his life that was taken away by the court of law mistakenly. The most astonishing thing here is that when he was released in 2009, the Tennessee department of correction gave him only 75 dollars check to restart his life. When he was caught, he was 30 years old young man and now, he is 61 years old man and he served 31 years in jail just for 75 dollars. He told; I have spent more than half of my life locked up for a crime which I did not do, I am not bitter or angry at anyone, because I have found the lord and married a good wife, and Mc Kinney said; all I ask is that I be treated right and fair for what has happened to me. I didn’t do crime, and I just want to be treated right. If one 1 million dollars given away to him then also court of law will never give him justice because court of law couldn’t return his 31 years youth age to him ever. Also, it would not be possible for court of law so, for this biggest crime (that committed by the court of law) who will punish the judicial authorities of the country? Because this is not a single event of law court but countless innocents are suffering across the world just because of lack of right investigation. And this kind of errors proved that we need a new kind of law and regulation in which all those officers should be punished who were supported to punish a wrong person. Also, in the name of law and regulation we have been playing game with innocents since thousands of years without mercy and compassion. Socrates (the most intelligent being of our planet earth) was also became an innocent victim of law and regulation of Athens city at ancient Greece. But some anti- human element made so called law and regulation as bigger than human but this theory is a kind of cruelty with the whole humankind, while the human is the master of law & regulation so, in the actual sense there is no one bigger than human on our planet earth.
